Item Description

A GORGEOUS large miniature specimen of two connected intergrown balls of creedite and covered with gemmy, light-orange to colorless crystals. Good creedites were rare and expensive from ANY locality, until these orange ones were found in Mexico. Suddenly, you could own a really fine creedite without selling your house to get it. Then, we heard that the mining was FINISHED, apparently for good. So if you do not have one, well, here is another chance. We were lucky enough to put some aside before the mining stopped. This is a beautiful and aesthetic specimen with just a few broken crystals and is one of the few smaller ones we obtained in the lot. This is a very showy, stacked, puffball-like cluster of creedite balls, with several very prominent, larger crystals, which are uncommon. STRIKING.
