Item Description
The famous Opals from Coober Pedy are some of the most well-known examples of the species from any world locality. This is a lovely thumbnail sized piece featuring gorgeous bright multi-color flashes ranging green to blue to purple with slight pinkish, orange and yellow highlights. The piece is gemmy and shows a wonderful light blue color in reflected light, but when it's backlit, it turns a rich orange hue.
