Item Description

Opal has the distinction of showing a myriad of colors in a single gem making it a remarkable and fairly unique gem. This particular gem shows flashes of purple, blue and green, set against a dark background. When this stone is strongly lit, it shows great color. Please note that this stone is a triplet, and is set against a backing with a colorless "dome" overlaid to help allow the color to better show through.
