Wheal Gorland olivenite and quartz specimens are a Corwall classic and this is a showy, excellent and rich miniature. Lustrous, oxide-coated, green olivenite crystals fill a vug very attractively flanked by dogtooth quartz crystals in the massive quartz matrix. Old-time, classic combination material from the Giancarlo Fioravanti Collection and obtained in an exchange with the Geological Museum of Birmingham City in 1977. this is a superb specimen with incredible luster for the species from this locale. valued $750
