Item Description
A cool and very rarely seen specimen of the copper magnesium phosphate, Nissonite from the type locality and one of only two localities in the Western Hemisphere for the species. There is a fairly rich coverage of rich bright green Nissonite on host rock matrix. We have photographed the crystals under a Canon MP-E 65mm macro lens to show that they are truly terminated crystals and not just a mass.
