Lustrous metallic-pink Nickeline massive or crystal sections dominate the Quartz matrix in this very rich and sculptural small cabinet from this famous Ontario district. The district is a giant polymetallic deposit hosted within one of the Earth's largest impact craters (diameter 250 km) (MINDAT). Hefty and rich nickel ore for the size at 349 grams mass. This is a RARE, rich and very showy nickeline from Sudbury.
