Item Description

Classic and sculptural small cabinet combination from the famous Dallas Gem Mine (aka the California State Gem Mine). Sharp, lustrous, jet-black neptunite crystals are aesthetically set on the undulating, sculptural small cabinet serpentine matrix partially covered with starkly contrasting snow-white natrolite. I particularly like the arrangement the pristine larger neptunites are set on the protruding front of the piece on the natrolite. These crystals reach 2.1 cm long. Bright light reveals areas of red color on the neptunites. Crystals on the periphery are broken, but this remains a very showy and highly representative combination of the species and famed locale. Greenish-white natrolite fluorescence.
