Here we have a classic specimen of Neptunite with minor Benitoite from the now closed Gem Mine in California. These are some of the most recognizable specimens in the world and they are renowned for their quality and beauty. This piece hosts a few sharp, highly lustrous, prismatic crystals of Neptunite measuring up to 2.3 cm with a tiny little blue Benitoite on matrix. For the quality and aesthetics, this is a nice specimen of this fast-disappearing material. Great shape all around, and worthwhile for any buyer.
