This specimen is part of the 2020 Dallas Mineral Collecting Symposium benefit auction, with proceeds benefiting Mineralogical Record, Rocks & Minerals, Tucson Gem and Mineral Society, and mindat.org. Thanks to all of our participants!

A cute pin made of translucent nephrite jade and (we assume) 14k or 18k gold, in the shape of a traditional Chinese guitar, obtained on travel in China many years ago. A Rock Currier memorabilia item from his cabinet of curiosities assembled over his life.
