(natural) Citrine Quartz

Item Description

This is a somewhat rare, lovely, glassy and gemmy, light yellow citrine quartz specimen from Arkansas. The contacted base of the specimen exhibits an internal yellow area, thus the determination that this is a true citrine and not a quartz specimen with a thin iron oxide coating. It was collected in 2015 from a friend's mine here, and is a fairly unique find for the area! For sheer quality, clarity, and the unusual color, it should be worth $500-1000.
