Natrolite (uncommon locality)

Item Description

This is a fine quality, and frankly fairly hard to find specimen of Natrolite from the now closed Millington Quarry in New Jersey, dating back to the 1990s era of collecting. As mentioned, these specimens are not terribly common to find on the market, and they've dried up quickly since the quarry closed several years ago. This attractive small cabinet specimen features a radiating aggregate or "spray" composed on tiny thin white "needles" of Natrolite measuring 1.1 cm across, with additional smaller Natrolite groups on basalt matrix. No major damage that I can see with the naked eye, and the crystals looks beautiful up close.
