Item Description

A 5.5 cm, dramatically symmetrical ball of tan natrolite blades is aesthetically set on matrix on this exceptional combination from a New Find in 2016 in the Nashik District. The ball jauntily rests on a crust of flesh-colored heulandite crystals nicely accented by a 3.6 cm stilbite bowtie. Nearly pristine, the small bruise noted to a protruding cluster of blades on the ball is barely noticeable and certainly has negligible impact to the high quality of this specimen. Natrolite is VERY RARE from any Maharashtra locality compared to other abundant Zeolite Group species, such a fluorapophyllite and stilbite. This is a good one.
