Item Description

Polylithionite is a rare mica group species, with the fabled Poudrette Quarry producing some of the finest examples. One side of this sculptural, two-sided piece shows the matrix of pearlescent, polylithionite blades. The other side is festooned with tan natrolite prisms to 1.1 cm. A very showy and excellent combination specimen from well-known locale. Ex Schlichter Collection.
