Any New Jersey trap rock collector will tell you that some of the largest best Natrolite crystals in the world come from this famous locality. These crystals are well known for their large size, excellent form, and attractive crystals. This specimen features a lustrous, sharp, prismatic crystal of GEM QUALITY colorless Natrolite. The PICTURES DO NOT DO THIS PIECE JUSTICE as it is WATER CLEAR throughout the majority of the crystal. The first photo may give the indication that the crystal is chipped along the edge, but this is simply a secondary coating on one face. The piece is actually in excellent codition overall. How often does one have a chance to purchase GEM quality crystals of Zeolite species like this? A wonderful display piece from this classic New Jersey trap rock locality.
