Item Description

A dramatic old US classic. This crystallized silver specimen consists of several spinel-twinned crystals, to 3.0 cm in length, that have formed in an attractive, dendritic, or tree-shaped pattern. The crystals are lustrous, have a nice variable patina and contain tiny bits of attached light green epidote. Ex. Edward Geissler (1892-1974) collection, and so dated to the heyday of the mining here prior to WWII. Mass is 54 grams. Fairly valued at $2000 for quality and size., this is a display-quality small cabinet sized silver specimen!
