A very rare and excellent native platinum nugget from an uncommon Alaskan locality - Fox Gulch, Goodnews Bay. The lustrous, lightly rounded, 3-dimensional, sculptural nugget is composed of a multitude of tiny, hoppered, crudely cubic platinum crystals. Rarely on the market. 20.04 carats or just over 4 grams. The last and largest nugget of the 2-piece lot we obtained from a major rarities collection. Valued at $1500.
