An extremely rare and old Bisbee thumbnail specimen of tarnished native leaf silver with calcite matrix from the famous mines at Bisbee. I would estimate that this piece probably dates to prior to World War I based on what Arizona collectors have indicated to me. This is historic and very rare material from the noted specialist Arizona thumbnail suite of the Gene Wright Collection. A Bisbee silver specimen is one of the rarest native silvers from a major ore mine in the USA to track down. valued $250-500
