Item Description
A shapely, elongated floater cluster of native copper crystals from the famous Ray Mine. Extremely sharp tetrahexahedral crystals with spinel-twinned form are noted at the end with the "arm." The rest of the crystals are subhedral and the entire piece has a nice patina accented with malachite. Vertically it looks like a biomorphic figure with a feather on the head and an uplifted arm. Horizontally it looks like a sailing ship with a high sterncastle and frontal prow. Classic and excellent copper from this noted Arizona locale, that looks great from either side.
