Item Description

A rare and old, LARGE CABINET, crust composed solidly of pearlescent, shimmering, gemmy and lustrous, yellow-green-brown, muscovite plates and books from a historic North Carolina locale - Shelby. Very interestingly, the crystals are much larger on one side, than the other - up to 2.0 cm versus up to 1.4 cm. I have never seen a North Carolina muscovite of this large size and quality.
