A fine and showy large plate of intergrown hexagonal "books" of pearlescent muscovite plates from this renowned locale. The underlying pastel-pink orthoclase crust is incredibly preferentially etched! Extremely fine and uncommon combination material from the 1970s from the Bob Trimingham Collection.
