Item Description
Mosandrite is a very rare and complex silicate, and I've only seen a handful of other faceted gems of this material aside from this stone. The gem is translcuent in sections, but the color combination of green/brown/orange is actually quite pleasing. It reminds me of Vesuvianite stones I've seen from Mexico. It is nonetheless and incredibly rare stone, and considering it is actually GEMMY it should be considered to add to any rare stone collection. The gem has a "Marquise" cut.
