Morganite (Maury Morgenstein Coll.)

Item Description

A pretty, gemmy and lustrous, equant, morganite crystal from Afghanistan. The crystal has variable shades of pleasing pastel-pink and preferential frosting of crystal faces. The blocky end is striking and is water-clear. A bit of cleavelandite is a nice accent. Periphery wear is noted on the left edge of the piece, is only a modest detraction.
