Item Description
A sharp and well-formed Morganite Beryl crystal from the famous locality at Darra-i-Pech (Pech) in Afghanistan. Typically, Morganite is not found in sharp, euhedral crystals, and is truly only known in fine specimens from a handful of world localities. The crystal on this specimen is not 100% complete, but shows the classic hexagonal form, for which Morganite is best known. It has a soft pink color, with decent luster and well-defined crystal faces. Great shape overall, and has accenting minor green Tourmaline on the side of the piece. A worthwhile toenail sized display specimen of this well-known material.
