Moolooite &, Whewellite on Copper (rare) Vajdak Coll.

Item Description

Moolooite (copper-rich, turquoise-blue) and whewellite (calcium-rich, white) are extremely rare organic oxalates. Crusts are festooned on all sides of the sculptural, floater, native copper specimen from the Ahmeek Mine of Copper Country. This piece particularly rich in moolooite. To find both of these rarities on the same piece is very rare for this mine. Not pretty to look at, but certainly a significant rarity for the locale. Ex Josef Vajdak Collection. Value???
