Item Description

This well-known copper deposit is the Type Locality for the ultra-rare Cu-molybdate Szenicsite. Molybdenite combination specimens from here are EXTREMELY RARE and desirable. Splendent laminated molybdenite masses are attractively scattered in the miniature matrix, that contains lindgrenite, another rare Cu-molybdate, malachite and green cuprian powellite, according to the Matioli label. The powellite fluoresces yellow under SW UV light.
