Item Description
A rarely seen specimen of Molbydenite featuring a lovely bright silvery metallic "rosette" measuring 2.1 cm across associated with additional crystals of Molybdenite on Quartz matrix. The piece is in very good overall condition with wonderful aesthetics and three dimensional appeal. For a fairly well known species, it's no surpise that China is producing specimens of this beautiful sulfide. This is one of the largest and showiest matrix specimens I've seen from Babu as well.
