Item Description
A classic example of this well known material featuring a bright, metallic, foliated, hexagonal, silvery color crystal of splendent Molybdenite. The piece is in great shape overall, and is a very good full sized thumbnail of the material. The piece is from the collection of noted and now deceased geologist from Colorado, Allen Heyl. The species Aheylite was named after him.
