Item Description
This is a lovely double-sided specimen of Vesuvianite from Alchuri, Pakistan. One side, which we would consider the bottom, is excellent on its own with numerous, very lustrous, dark chocolate colored, striated prisms from just less than 1 cm up to 1.5 cm in very good condition. Then the top side is almost entirely covered with well-formed, striated, larger, more distinct crystals from 0.5 to 2 cm in length and 1.5 cm across the top. A few very minor dings, but in context of richness and such superb luster, like glass, that it is still a wonderful example of this Pakistan rarity. Combined, the two sides make for a really good and very attractive Vesuvianite from Pakistan.
