Mimetite with Wulfenite

A beautiful miniature sized specimen featuring excellent green color, semi-velvety, translucent, botryoidal green Mimetite combined with beautiful caramel-orange color prismatic crystals of Wulfenite on minor matrix from the world famous Ojuela Mine. The larges Mimetite "ball" measures 8 mm across, and the Wulfenites measure up to about 4 mm long. The enticing rich green color of the Mimetite is about as good as it gets for the locality, and green Mimetite is rare around the world, so when you find beautiful examples like this with such a desirable hue, it's a real treat. The beautiful orange prisms of Wulfenite are a wonderful accent. No major damage that I can see, only a few tiny "rubs", but the overall visceral appeal and beautiful form on the specimen make it a great example of this alluring material from this world-famous mine.
