Mimetite with Wulfenite

The famous Ojuela Mine is one of the great world localities, and certainly one of the top specimen producers in all of Mexico. Here we have a classic, iconic miniature sized specimen of Mimetite in the form of vitreous, excellent orange-yellow semi-spherical aggregates - with groups measuring up to 1.1 cm - which are associated with a few bright yellow, sharp, lustrous, gemmy tabular crystal of Wulfenite measuring 3 mm. The combination of the two species is not often seen for the locality, and certainly very desirable. This is older material dating back a few decades, and it's less common in my mind, and a far cry from the contemporary green Mimetites associated with prismatic Wulfenite from the Ojuela Mine. Very little damage, save the bottom / base where it was removed from the pocket wall.
