Item Description

Tsumeb, the wonder locality, tends to be better known for dioptase, cerussite, and azurite, but the locality also produced many wonderful examples of mimetite, including the legendary gem pocket. This specimen features lustrous 'fans' of yellow mimetite sprinkled on Tennantite and Dolomite matrix, providing excellent contrast.
