Mimetite w/ Wulfenite & Calcite

Item Description

This sculptural vuggy crust is essentially solid mimetite and is quite hefty at 288 grams mass. Pretty, translucent, apple-green mimetite botryoids fill the vug. A few accenting, butterscotch-colored, pseudocubic wulfenite crystal add contrast and parts of the vug have an overgrowth of glassy, drusy, colorless to light straw-yellow calcite. This is very rich mimetite from the recent finds.
