Sprays of lustrous, translucent, straw-yellow mimetite needles cover the undulating front of this classic, very rich large and unusual two-sided rib from famed Tsumeb. The back is strikingly different! It is covered with two-generations of blocky small smithsonite rhombs. The first generation of oxide-coated crystals is dramatically and richly covered by sparkly, translucent, two-toned, colorless to white rhombs. Most unusual! Comes with a German dealer label, probably from the 1960s to 80s and may be an older piece. Choice, desirable, rare and most unusual large combination material from Tsumeb. valued $1250
