Item Description

Mt. Bonnie is a small, abandoned mine known for it's golden yellow to tan mimetite specimens, which range from an opaque, matte luster to gemmy. However, mimetite that has been tinted green is much more uncommon from the locality. The mimetite crystals on this specimen appear to be tinted green due to inclusions of an unknown mineral - likely duftite. A unique, old specimen from this uncommon locality! Ex.
