Item Description

HUNDREDS of gorgeous, gemmy and lustrous, yellow mimetite crystals are festooned in several pockets of the elongated sulfide matrix on this classic specimen from the famous and now-closed Tsumeb Mine. It's not from the fabulous 1971 "Gem Pocket", but it's as gemmy as any other pocket can get, and very good. Sharp crystals to 1 cm. Valued $1200-1500.
