Botryoidal green mimetite from Mina Ojuela is so distinctive, when compared to most any other worldwide locale. This fine, large piece features a sculptural vuggy wall covered with pretty apple-green botryoids on a sturdy gossan matrix. The mimetite has a silky luster and is translucent. Essentially pristine, with only a trivial trivial bit of periphery wear. Classic and excellent materal from this historic locale, from a small series of finds in 2006-2007. This is a super specimen.
