Item Description

Spherical aggegates of rich yellow, tiny, tapered, acicular mimetite crystals carpet the sculptural thin gossan matrix plate on this RARE, rich and colorful mimetite from a recent 2017 find at this well-known Laurium locale. This is a very rich and excellent example from the new find. Specimens have been X-rayed to confirm the species.
