While Mimetite and Cerussite are not rare from Tsumeb, it's quite rare to find pseudomorphs on the market. This piece features intense yellow colored Mimetite which have partially pseudomorphed (not a complete pseudomorph) a preexisting crystal of smoky colored Cerussite. If you collect Tsumeb minerals, or you're a fan of Mimetite or Cerussite, do not miss out on this attractive classic old time specimen that dates back 50-60 years.
