Gemmy and lustrous, bi-colored honey-yellow, hexagonal mimetite prisms very richly and aesthetically cover both sides of the thin curst on this outstanding specimen from the famous and now-closed Tsumeb Mine. The pretty barrels reach 1.3 cm. Complete all-around and very nearly pristine. The crest is pristine and a trivial bit of sidewear (mostly out of sight) is certainly not a detraction. A classic and beautiful mimetite specimen from the Dr. Gary Hansen Collection. Valued at $500.
