Item Description
Exceptional Mimetite for Level 7 at the famous Ojuela Mine. While many Mimetites from this vein are tabular, this impressive cabinet specimen has Mimetites that are prismatic, and express themselves in mostly spherical clusters up to 7 mm. Lovely on a large scale, the piece is equally beautiful close up, and rather reminds me of a coral reef with the intricate detail. The specimen is both imposing and aesthetic at the same time, as the photos show.
