Item Description
An eye-catching and highly aesthetic miniature sized specimen of the famous, beloved Mimetite specimens from the Ojuela Mine. This display quality specimen features glowing orange-yellow colored semi-radial groups measuring up to 7 mm long on a thin bit of matrix. Each Mimetite group is somewhat elongated, and while they are not narrow prisms, they aren't complete "spheres" either, rather somewhere in between. I love the eye-catching distinct resinous luster on the Mimetites and the fact that the groups are fairly well-separated and defined makes them all the more enticing. A showy and three-dimensional display specimen of these well-known and fine quality Mimetites. No major damage that I can see.
