Striking radial sprays of shimmering metallic bronzy millerite needles richly cover the matrix on this rich and showy small cabinet plate from this well-known open pit Manitoba nickel mine opened in about 1986. The hefty for the size matrix is a solid mass of intergrown millerite needle sprays. Rich and excellent millerite from the Ted Bartels Collection.
