Item Description
Miguelromeroite is a very rare complex arsenate, a member of the Hureaulite Group and is the Mn analogue of sainfeldite. It was named in honor of well-known Mexican collector, Miguel Romero in 2009. Specimens from this mine were initially identified as villyaellenite, another complex arsenate of the Hureaulite Group. The yellow arrow points toward a 5 mm cluster of elongated pink prisms. This is a good sized example of this very rare species.
