Item Description

A hard to find specimen from the noted Moat Mountain granite pegmatite locality. This piece features a few sharp, Microcline crystals (some show very slight blue-green Amazonite zones) mixed with very pale bluish colored bladed Albite crystals with starkly contrasting, lustrous prisms of Smoky Quartz measuring up to 4.6 cm. Ex Ernie and Vera Schlichter Collection.
