Microcline (uncommon NH locale) ex Whitmore Coll.

Item Description

A showy and excellent mounded cluster of parallel-growth, cream-colored microcline crystals from an uncommon New Hampshire locale - Table Mountain near Albany. This fine, complete all-around and pristine specimen displays well from either side. The Robert Whitmore Collection of New England specimens contained many unusual and uncommon specimens and this is certainly a fine example. His note indicates, that the piece was collected in 1995.
