Item Description
A group of very sharp, fine quality, rather lustrous, unusually GEMMY, white to colorless crystals of Microcline with textbook faces on matrix from a find around 2006-2007 in Pakistan. Most of the crystals are pristine and really attractive up close. The largest Microcline measures 2.3 cm. It's rare to find such gemmy crystals of any feldspar species, and to have such a nice group like this is rare. One of the crystals even shows a "Baveno"-twin habit. It was difficult to photograph but looks BETTER in person. These are some of the finest Microclines found from any locality in recent years. Ex Herb Obodda.
