Item Description
This is a good quality display specimen from one of the most storied and well known districts in Colorado. The pegmatites near the Lake George area of Colorado have produced what most collectors and dealers consider to be the finest Amazonite specimens from the standpoint of superb color, top quality, wonderful display specimens and excellent associations. This particular specimen is does not have any Amazonite, but features sharp, well-formed cream colored Microcline crystals with a coating of micro reddish-brown metallic Hematite. Aesthetic and good quality. The largest crystal measures 5.1 cm. Don't miss out on this great Colorado "classic". Valued at $950.
