A VERY RICH and showy specimen of the RARE borate meyerhofferite from the Type Locality - the Mount Blanco Mine in Death Valley, California. Lustrous, reticulated, pearlescent meyerhofferite blades richly invest the sparse matrix in a jackstraw fashion. A very fine, old and rare specimen from this famed locality. Ex Mullane Collection.
