Metavauxite and Paravauxite on Vauxite (TL, Rare Association)

One of the rarest and most beautiful of combination of species from Bolivia. Not only are good crystals ONLY are found at the Siglo XX Mine, but it's the only place on earth where you can find these three minerals together on the same piece like this.  While these phosphates have been found in small scattered pockets since the early 1900s, they are still notably rare on the market. From a significant "modern" era find of 2007. This particular piece is a remarkable, very well crystallized, very rare specimen consisting of small, bladed, beautiful rich blue color, radiating aggregates of Vauxite associated with tabular blades of light blue-green Metavauxite forming a partial "spray", and if you look at the second photo, you can clearly see some tiny aggregates of translucent, almost foliated groups of "water-green" Paravauxite crystals, growing off of the back of the Metavauxite "spray".
