Melonite is a rare nickel telluride. This is a showy, solid foliated mass of lustrous, slightly iridescent Melonite with a bit of brassy, golden Pyrite on one side. Kambalda is a major nickel producing area. Rarely available, rich and excellent material. Labels from the Curetons and Vajdak Collection (both well respected rarities experts)
